Family and love

Our July was a bit of a roller coaster with some highs and lows. In one weekend we have three weddings, one of which was the reception for Andrew's cousin Matt and his wife Brie. It was a wonderful celebration with the family at Radar Lake and the weather couldn't have been more beautiful. Such fun touches including the bride and groom's arrival via helicopter, an ice cream truck which the kids loved, fun dancing and more.

In the same weekend, my great aunt and uncle took a bad turn with their health and we lost both of them within a week. They were such a treasured part of our family and were so good to us and the kids. I will always treasure our time on their farm and have been so appreciative that our kids got to be a part of the same experiences. We will miss you Mimi and Unk.

Summer Kick-off

Somehow the summer is already getting away from us with many busy weekends. It felt like our summer officially started with the 4th of July weekend. It was a very busy weekend packed with a wedding, bbq and 4th of July festivities. We are having lots of fun just enjoying some impromptu and quieter family moments, but also time with friends and our family. Here are some highlights from early July!
